Cost: Tickets are $18 each + $1.75 processing fee (which covers the fees of our payment processors), for a total cost of $19.75 per ticket.

Ticket sale date: Tickets will go on sale in three waves, as outlined below.

Ticket Sale Information:

  • Tickets are initially limited to up to three per dancer total, across all shows. This means that families have the option of purchasing up to three tickets for one show, or split those three up across multiple shows (i.e. 2 for the 11:30am show, 1 for the 3:30pm show).

  • Tickets will be released in three waves as per below. For waves 1 and waves 2, a maximum of three tickets can be purchased per transaction. In cases where families are purchasing more than three tickets (due to having multiple dancers in the family), tickets must be purchased in separate transactions. Starting in wave 3, there will be no limit to the number of tickets purchased in a transaction.

    • Wave 1: Starting Friday, May 16 at 5:00pm, parents and family members of dancers in the 3/4 and 5/6 year old classes will be able to purchase up to three tickets per dancer for the show in which they are participating.

      • As a reminder, dancers in the Monday 3/4 and 5/6 year old classes will participate only in the 11:30am show.

      • Dancers in the Wednesday 3/4 and Sunday 5/6 year old classes will participate only in the 3:30pm show.

        • The ticketing system will be shut down at end of day Thursday, May 22 to prepare for Wave 2.

    • Wave 2: Starting Friday, May 23 at 5:00pm, parents and family members of dancers in all other classes will be able to purchase up to three tickets per dancer for the shows. These three tickets can be split over the two shows (2 tickets for 1 show, and 1 for the other), or the three tickets can be purchased all for one show (3 tickets for one show, 0 for the other show).

      • The ticketing system will be shut down at end of day Friday, May 30 to prepare for Wave 3

    • Wave 3: Starting Saturday, May 31 at 5:00pm, all remaining tickets will be released to the public for sale. 

  • To ensure clarity: three per dancer means that each dancer is allocated three tickets prior to Saturday, May 31 @ 5:00pm. Families can purchase up to three tickets (as per above) for each dancer in their family. If your family has two dancers with Spotlights and Sequins, 6 tickets can be purchased (in two separate transactions), etc. The shows will not be sold out following the first two rounds of ticket sales, so please only purchase tickets you are sure you will need. Additional tickets can be purchased on or after 5:00pm on Saturday, May 31.

  • Ticket sales will first go on sale for dancers in the 3/4 year old and 5/6 year old classes to ensure that those dancers have loved ones in the audience at the one show they perform at. Should tickets be purchased for dancers not in these classes, the tickets will be cancelled and the face value, but not processing fees, will be returned to the purchaser (but this is a pain in the rear for volunteers, so please respect the rules to lower the manual burden on volunteers :)). You will be asked to include your dancer's name during the checkout process, and these will be validated.

  • Should tickets be purchased beyond the three per dancer prior to May 31 at 5:00pm, the entire order may be cancelled and the ticket price, but not processing fees, will be returned to the purchaser (but this is a pain in the rear for volunteers, as it requires additional manual work, so please ensure to refer to the directions above and respect them, for the fairness of all dancers).

  • To help encourage adherence to the rule of three tickets per dancer, ticket sales will be limited to three per transaction. If you are purchasing for multiple dancers, please complete the purchases in separate transactions.

  • Tickets are reserved seating.

Important tips for having a stress-free ticket buying experience:

  • Please ensure you input your email address correctly during the checkout process. Your tickets will be emailed to the email address provided following completion of the transaction, and typos in email addresses is the primary reason that tickets are not received. If you do not receive your tickets following completion of the purchase, please check your junk mail. If no tickets are found in your junk mail, please reach out to Amy Pike and include the name the tickets were purchased under as well as the email address used, and your tickets can be forwarded to you.

  • If you are viewing this page on facebook or another social media site, please copy the link to the ticket sale page into an internet browser. Users have reported issues while trying to purchase tickets through the facebook browser. If you have issues, and you request help, we will first ask you to ensure you copy and paste the link into your browser, so we recommend you do this right away to minimize the risk of issues.

  • We recommend using a computer or laptop to purchase tickets if you have one available to you, as this will give you the smoothest ticket-buying experience. That being said, tickets can be purchased through a mobile device, but again, please ensure you are using your phone’s internet browser.

Important Information for Show:

  • All dancers who are taking part in the show will be performing in both shows, with the exception of the 3/4 and 5/6 jazz classes.

  • Dancers in the Monday 3/4 year old and 5/6 year old classes will dance in the 11:30am show.

  • Dancers in the Wednesday 3/4 year old and Sunday 5/6 year old classes will dance in the 3:30pm show.

Ticket information:

  • Tickets sold are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

  • How can I pay? Our ticketing service accepts paypal and credit cards

  • Do I need to have an account? You may be asked to create an account to checkout prior to December 2. After the remaining tickets are opened to the general public, purchasers will not need an account. You will be asked to put in your email address, but you can click "Checkout as guest" and bypass creating an account. If you created an account in the past and do not remember your password, please follow the prompts on the website. Administrators from Spotlights & Sequins do not have the ability to help with account or password issues.

  • Do I need a ticket for my 3/4 or 5/6 year old dancer? These dancers will dance at the beginning of the show and then are welcome to stay and watch. They can sit on a parent's lap, or you may purchase a seat for your dancer
